FRP Pultrusion winding machine is special for FRP pull-winding process. Its continuous process will high improve pipe production efficiency. With reinforced material like  fiberglass, mat and cloth uniforming winding in circle direction, the pressure resistance of pipe is improved. It can cooperate with pultrusion machine to make pultrusion winding pipes with diameter under 210mm.

Winding speed and traction speed can be separate control. Adopts uniform power take off and can install multiple winding head. According to the direct reversing device, it makes the adjacent winding heads move in negative direction.

* The rotation of winding head is driven by bearings with features of exact orientation ans little transmission resistance.

* The hydraulic system equips with qualified proportional valve which has high sensitivity and the control precision can be greatly improved.
