GRE pipe production line consist of a row of 2 stations,4 axes microcomputer control winding machine, steam inside curing molding system, water cooling demoulding automatic control system and auxiliary equipment. The production line can produce GRE pipe of diameter range DN40-DN200mm, pipe length 9144mm, and DN300-900mm, pipe length 1200mm for one piece of pipe, working pressure 2.5-25MPa. The design annual production capacity is 300km (based on pipe DN 2”, PN 7MPa, three shifts, 300 production days/year.)
Composition of the production line:
Resin mixing systerm, Four-spindle winding machine, steam curing devices, equipment for removing pipes from mandrels, cutting machine, grinding machine, systems for making external threads, equipment for manufacturing fittings, hydraulic testing equipment. Mandrels for pipes and molds for fittings.
Main applicationof the GRE pipes:
1) extraction and transportation of crude oil and natural gas;
2) chemical treatment and sewage pipelines;
3) the liquid pipelines of high, medium and low pressure ;
4) salt water refill pipelines;
5) refill pipes (polymer, CO2, NaOH and others) in the tertiary oil production
6) the inlet and outlet of pipelines from the tank and pipelines at the station.
7) the pipeline of production wells, treatment of wells, injection wells.

The manufacture process is based on the filament winding technology and API, ASTM standard.

8、Cutting and grinding process adopt water dusting system,reduces powder pollution, keep environment;
9、Ventilation odour removal system,Filter with active charcoal,reach the nontoxic emission.;
