Production line characteristics: 

1. This production line is equipped with a spray resin system for inner liner, and the structural layer with spray resin system is no-clean (first initiative in the world).

2.Add an insulating steel strip system to facilitate produce pipelines in winter (the insulating system is used when the temperature in the workshop is low, in the production of large diameter pipes above DN1500).

3. Spindle with 42CrMo material, solid forging, hardening and tempering, in the center drill step holes, the spindle diameter increased from 360mm to 400mm (multidiameter).

4. In the resin metering system,  German brand LEWA diaphragm measuring pump is used. The resin does not produce heat during the pumping process and will not solidify in the pump for a long time after a short termination of production.

5. Provide a complete software technology for the continuous winding of GRP pipes design and calculating the structural layer (unique in China).
