Fiberglass rebars of various sizes are produced on this line. The unit automatically performs roving separation, impregnation, pre-molding, winding, heat curing, traction, fixed-length cutting, rebar collecting.

Equipment characteristics:

* Winding device: The gear drive is used to drive the roller to rotate around the product, and the thread is wound out. The speed is controlled by frequency conversion.

* Unwinding device: Adopt gear drive forward and reverse screws to realize reciprocating unwinding.

* Heating oven: Use cast aluminum heater, intelligent temperature controller to control temperature. The heating box adopts a segmented structure, which is convenient for opening and clearing dripping resin, and oven filled with heat insulation material.

* Can produce multiple FRP rebars at the same time (according to customer requirements)

* High temperature control accuracy

* Stepless adjustment of traction speed.
