Equipment composition: The main components of the winding machine are: gantry type track of the winding machine, driveing front headstock, tailstock, winding carriage, resin bath, rotary device for roving winding head, winding cantilever and creel.

Scope of application:

* For the production of FRP cylinders with diameter Ф10-1000mm and length no longer than 6000mm.

* According to user requirements, the equipment can meet the production of unsaturated polyester resin and epoxy resin glass reinforced plastic pipes.

* The equipment can be suitable for winding pipes of different fiber types: ordinary glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and basalt fiber
